INSTRUCTIONS:
For testosterone support, you have been prescribed:
Enclomiphene, to be taken orally as directed by your provider (commonly once daily).
General guidance:
- Take the medication at the same time each day
- May be taken with or without food
- Use exactly as prescribed by your provider
- Do not adjust your dose without medical guidance
Your provider will determine your dosing schedule based on your lab values, symptoms, and treatment goals. Regular follow-up and lab monitoring are required to assess response and safety.
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING YOUR TREATMENT:
- Use this medication only as prescribed. Do not increase your dose or frequency without provider guidance.
- Regular lab monitoring is required to evaluate testosterone levels and hormone balance.
- Possible side effects may include headache, nausea, mood changes, or visual disturbances.
- Enclomiphene may increase estrogen levels in some individuals, which can lead to symptoms such as breast tenderness or mood changes.

If you experience visual changes, severe headache, or significant mood symptoms, discontinue use and seek medical evaluation.
