This treatment plan outlines the dosage, administration, expected benefits, and potential side effects of the Glow Stack (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 & TB-500), a combination peptide therapy commonly used to support skin health, tissue repair, and overall regenerative function. INSTRUCTIONS:
For skin health and regenerative support, you have been prescribed:
Glow Stack (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 & TB-500)
(Dosage and concentration: Doctor determined)
Dosing:
- Loading phase: Inject 2 times per week
- Maintenance phase: Inject 1 time per week
- Duration and total dosing are determined by your provider based on your treatment plan
General guidance:
- Administer via subcutaneous injection (under the skin) unless otherwise directed
- Use a new sterile needle and syringe for each injection
- Rotate injection sites (commonly abdomen or thigh)
- Follow the exact prescribed schedule and provider instructions
- Do not exceed the recommended dosing frequency
- Store medication as directed (commonly refrigerated after preparation)
- Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or contains particles
Your provider may adjust dosing frequency or duration based on your response and treatment goals.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
This medication contains the following active ingredients. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the following listed components:
