INSTRUCTIONS:

For wellness support, you have been recommended:

Vitamin D3 50 mcg (2000 IU), to be taken as directed by your provider (commonly once daily).

General guidance:

  • Take the capsule once daily
  • Best taken with a meal containing fat to improve absorption
  • Take at the same time each day for consistency
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by your provider
