For recovery and tissue repair support, you have been prescribed:

Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 & TB-500)
Concentration: 3 mg / 3 mg per mL
Total Volume: 5 mL
Total Medication Supplied: 15 mg / 15 mg

Dosing:

• Loading phase: Inject 2 times per week
• Maintenance phase: Inject 1 time per week
• Duration and exact dosing per injection are determined by your provider

General guidance:

• Administer via subcutaneous injection (under the skin) unless otherwise directed
• Use a new sterile needle and syringe for each injection
• Rotate injection sites (commonly abdomen or thigh)
• Follow the exact prescribed schedule and provider instructions

This medication contains the following active ingredients. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the following listed components:
